I have bipolar disorder and it's something I struggle with most days, whether it's being a little moody, having complete meltdowns because someone said something to me or being sick because I accidentally missed one of my medicines. I was fired from my job recently after reporting sexual harassment but their reason for firing me was that I was sent home days due to my mental health. This shouldn't be something that someone has to worry about. i hope to continue the work of other people to spread awareness of this issue and to help other people be open about their mental health without consequence. 

Mind Charity provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness, and promote understanding.
